DELIVERY COUNTS exists to emphasize the importance of email deliverability and provide ongoing guidance to aid your quest for the inbox. Through coverage of industry news, technical changes, general education, and discussion on all things deliverability, our goal is to keep you up-to-date on the deliverability industry and give you the knowledge you need to optimize your inbox placement.
I love email, and I have a special affinity for email deliverability. I’ve spent the past 15 years working for Email Service Providers (ESPs) of various sizes. Most of my experience has been focused on deliverability, but I’ve also worked closely with technical support, creative, and services teams in each organization. I have extensive knowledge of ISP relations, email standards and best practices, deliverability monitoring, and consultation.
Currently I serve as the Director of Deliverability for MessageGears and Vice Chair of the Senders Committee for the Mobile, Messaging, and Malware Anti-Abuse Working Group (M³AAWG).
I also love comic books, grilling, and impromptu M³AAWG karaoke sessions.
